The Director of Finance will partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance and operational decision-making. Oversee capital expenditure planning and provide financial support for major manufacturing investments. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including cost accounting and financial analysis functions. Ensure accurate financial reporting, controls, and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment. Director of Finance:
Candidates in Cleveland, Ohio are encouraged to apply. 10+ years of finance experience within a manufacturing environment, including strong cost accounting knowledge, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an accounting or finance role. 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams.
