Finance Director 9160 Robinson Road, Chardon, OH 44024 $88,000.00 - $129,729.60 a year - Full-time $88,000.00 - $129,729.60 a year - Full-time Job Summary Geauga Park District is in need of a new finance director to help lead our financial present and guide our financial future. This full-time role provides high-level oversight of the Park District's financial operations, including budgeting, auditing, payroll, investments and financial reporting. Serving as fiscal officer and an ex officio officer of the Board of Park Commissioners, our finance director also plays a critical role in ensuring transparency, accountability and compliance with Ohio law, overseeing fund accounting and grant tracking, managing treasury functions, and preparing monthly financial statements for the Board. Three to five years of finance leadership experience is required, ideally within local government. Candidates should bring integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage confidential information while building strong internal and external relationships. The position's annual salary could be anywhere from $88,000 to $129,729.60; experience will be considered.
