Maintain robust internal controls, manage regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions, and partner with leadership to mitigate operational and financial risks.

Planning & Advanced Analytics:

Direct annual budgeting, long-range forecasting, and performance modeling to identify growth opportunities and safeguard bottom-line financial health.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

Collaborate with operational, sales, IT, and actuarial teams to align commercial execution with underwriting, pricing, and risk management goals.

Process Automation & Systems Optimization:

Drive modern accounting workflows, lead financial system upgrades, and enhance data integrity to build scalable, high-efficiency infrastructure.

Team Leadership & Development:

Mentor and manage the accounting staff, fostering a culture of high accountability, continuous learning, and ethical operational standards.

Role Qualifications:
