In this role, you will lead the company's financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and strategic finance functions. What You'll Do Strategic Finance & Business Partnership Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership. Translate financial and operational performance into actionable business insights. Identify opportunities, risks, and trends impacting revenue, profitability, and enterprise value. Evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, pricing opportunities, and growth strategies. Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspectives to improve decision-making. Partner with business leaders to improve operational and financial performance. Financial Planning & Analysis Leadership Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting process, and long-range planning activities. Develop financial models that support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions. Drive performance management through KPI development, variance analysis, and business reviews. Establish scalable FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and financial governance. Improve forecast accuracy and financial transparency across the organization. Deliver meaningful analysis that supports executive decision-making and business growth. Executive & Board Communication Lead the preparation of executive, lender, investor, and board reporting materials. Present financial results, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences. Ensure leadership has timely, relevant information to support strategic decisions. Create impactful presentations and business cases for leadership review. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop FP&A team members. Delegate recurring reporting and analytical processes while maintaining accountability and quality. Establish documentation, standards, and scalable processes that support growth. Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and analytical rigor. Partner with reporting and analytics resources to improve automation and business intelligence capabilities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, or related experience. Demonstrated experience supporting executive-level decision-making. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capabilities. Experience leading planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers. Ability to challenge assumptions and provide strategic recommendations. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications Financial services, specialty finance, lending, or banking experience. Experience building or leading FP&A, analytics, or business intelligence functions.
