• $80,000 Reports to: CFO Active Radiator has been keeping heavy-duty trucks, buses, and industrial equipment running for decades.

Radiators, charge air coolers, condensers. If it moves heat, we make it. As part of Active Thermal Solutions, our growing multi-entity platform, this role sits at the center of the finance function across brands and will scale with us as we expand. This isn't a seat-warmer role. The person who had it before wasn't technically curious and did things the way they'd always been done. We need someone who asks why, digs in, and makes the function better. This role is on-site at our Fairfield, OH headquarters, a gorgeous building with a team that takes the work seriously. What You'll Own Month-End Close & GL Journal entries, reconciliations, and GL accuracy across multiple entities, on time every time Variance analysis with actual commentary, not just numbers on a page Compliance & Controls GAAP adherence and internal controls. You own it, you defend it Support internal and external audits FP&A Support Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Collaborate with AP, AR, payroll, and operations. You're a cross-functional partner Process Ownership Identify what's broken and fix it. We want someone intellectually curious, not just compliant What We're Looking For Must-Haves Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Advanced Excel, fluent, not just familiar Solid GAAP fundamentals Someone who finds a better way when a better way exists Nice to Have Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial background Multi-entity or intercompany experience Macola or comparable ERP (we have in-house Macola expertise to support you) Privately held or owner-operated company experience What We Offer $70,000
