Plant Controller Summary of the Role Multi-million-dollar automotive manufacturer seeks a hands-on, experienced Plant Controller to join their leadership team. This position requires a financial leader who will partner with Plant Operations on decision support, drive cost and process improvements, and take a leadership role in challenging the plant to improve financial performance. Direct reports include the Accounting Department. Compensation:

Salary range is 110k-120k, 10% annual bonus, relocation assistance (lump sum), solid benefits and 401k package.

Location:

Fremont, OH Key Responsibilities Develop and leverage relationships with Operations and corporate functions to achieve manufacturing and related finance KPI's and goals. Develop and implement business plans. Provide leadership with a physical presence on the production floor, driving continuous improvement. Provide financial advice, along with accurate and timely operational performance reporting, to the plant management team to ensure sound financial and operational decisions Be a trusted adviser and expert to the Plant Manager and others. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting 5+ years' experience finance/accounting experience 3 + years in a manufacturing environment. Strong Excel experience. 2+ years of Leadership experience.

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
