Director of Finance Columbus, OH $120,000 – $140,000
Position Summary:
The Director of Finance leads the organization's financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts. This role ensures accurate financial operations, supports strategic decision-making, and collaborates across departments to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations, including reporting, planning, and compliance Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Develop forecasts and budgets in collaboration with leadership Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations Manage and mentor finance team members Provide strategic financial insights to support business objectives Coordinate with auditors and external partners as needed Support cross-functional initiatives through financial analysis and guidance Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred) 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting Experience within Property Management handling audits, compliance, and financial systems Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software platforms, Yardi highly preferred. #LI-AE2 #
