Saica Pack US is seeking a motivated and career-driven Entry-Level Controller to join our growing corrugated packaging manufacturing team in Hamilton, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in accounting and finance who is eager to learn the Saica way of working, develop within a manufacturing environment, and grow into a long-term financial leadership role. The ideal candidate will be highly trainable, adaptable, analytical, and willing to work collaboratively with operations, production, HR, purchasing, and corporate finance teams. This role will support plant financial operations including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, cost tracking, financial reporting, and P&L analysis. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong accounting fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
