- Define and execute a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth plans Partner with executive leadership to ensure technology investments support business priorities Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Team, providing thought leadership on systems, tools, connectivity, and service Manage system initiatives and provide advice and support to evaluate options with regard to the business as a whole Stay abreast of relevant industry and compliance trends — security, available technologies, incident recovery, and business continuity — and make recommendations accordingly Serve as a thought leader for enterprise risk management as it pertains to data delivery, integrity, and security Lead the evaluation and execution of strategic technology opportunities identified and approved by leadership Make recommendations concerning the effective selection and use of systems and software to enhance efficiency and maximize profitability Align technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies Digital Transformation and Innovation Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across all areas of the business Identify and prioritize technologies that improve efficiency, automation, and performance AI Governance & Oversight Establish and maintain the AI governance framework: own the AI Acceptable Use Policy and lead periodic review to keep it aligned with corporate compliance and legal standards Set AI risk & compliance standards: define frameworks for "human-in-the-loop" vs.
