Job Description

Controller Opportunity An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, hands-on accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with leadership to support the company's financial success. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate annual audits and support tax reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support leadership with financial analysis and special projects. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA and/or CPA desired.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including direct leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting software, Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. What We're Looking For

Pay:
$130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
