Financial Controller

Controller (Entry-Level to Early Career) All-In Nutritionals | Springfield, Ohio (On-Site) All-In Nutritionals is a rapidly growing supplement and wellness manufacturer based in Springfield, Ohio. We are looking for a Controller to join our team full-time at our countryside wellness campus. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow quickly into a leadership role. You will work directly with our CEO, CPA, and Executive Team across all areas of the business, gaining hands-on experience in accounting, operations, inventory, and financial strategy. What You'll Do Support day-to-day accounting and bookeeping operations Assist with financial tracking and reporting Help manage accounts payable and receivable Work with inventory and cost tracking across manufacturing and fulfillment Assist with budgeting and forecasting Collaborate directly with leadership on financial processes and improvements Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliations What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant, proven, and strong experience Strong attention to detail and organization Willingness to learn and grow quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Positive attitude and ownership mindset Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, including inventory or cost tracking, is highly preferred Why This Role is Unique Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making Opportunity to grow into a full Controller or Finance leadership role Work across multiple areas of a rapidly scaling company Beautiful countryside campus in Springfield, Ohio Details Full-time, Monday-Friday (on-site)

Starting Compensation:
