Controller Responsibilities:
Direct Company Financial Planning:

Budget Management:

Controller Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, Controller and accounting roles. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and accounting principles. Experience in conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Proficient in financial software and MS Office suite.
