A Vice President or Director of Finance manages the daily financial activities of a company or organization. Oversees accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivables and payables, and financial administration.
The Associate Vice President, System Surgical Services drives quality outcomes, operational efficiency, financial performance, patient experience and regulatory compliance. You support physician alignment and staff engagement and partner with surgeons, anesthesia leadership, nursing leaders and executive stakeholders to advance ProMedica goals and ensure safe, high-quality surgical care. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education :
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in surgical services
License :
Active RN license in
Michigan and Ohio Certification :
CNOR, NEA-BC, FACHE, or similar professional certification
