SALARY:
Starting at $105,000/year ($50.48/hr), depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the company's accounting operations, including monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash flow, and general ledger accuracy. Build and improve costing and pricing models using material, labor, overhead, inventory, and production data. Analyze profitability and operational performance to identify margin erosion, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements. Create forecasts, financial models, and scenario plans that support growth, capital investments, and long-term business decisions. Improve reporting, processes, and automation across QuickBooks and ERP/MRP systems while developing the accounting function.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience. Manufacturing accounting experience, including inventory, WIP, job costing, standard costing, or related cost-accounting work. Advanced experience with QuickBooks and an ERP or MRP system. Experience owning financial reporting, close processes, cash-flow forecasting, and general ledger accounting. Prior experience leading or developing a small accounting or finance team. CPA, MBA, or experience working with outside CPA firms and auditors is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office-based position requiring regular computer, financial-system, and reporting work. Must be able to communicate and collaborate with office, operations, and production teams.
