Job Description

Global manufacturing company located in the Montgomery County, PA area is looking to hire a Controller with proven financial analysis, US GAAP and tax reduction experience. This position will play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls, preparing monthly financial reports, overseeing the preparation & completion of account/bank reconciliations, maintaining accounting/ERP system implementation, managing the month-end process, leading and supporting the accounting team, and collaborating with operational teams to understand financial performance, identify trends, and support informed business decisions. The ideal Controller for this role must have knowledge of current industry regulations, and excellent auditing skills. Your responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll oversight
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Manage and refine job costing processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple projects
  • Partner with project managers and leadership to provide financial insights on project performance and profitability
  • Monitor cash flow, support forecasting efforts, and ensure financial stability of ongoing projects
  • Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners as needed
