Job Description

Overview:
The Controller will define the Financial Strategies, and work with the location CEO and management to execute these to ensure company sustainability and growth. Duties include but are not limited to managing the finances of the location in a manner that allows it to have the necessary funds to meet all obligations. The Controller reports directly to the local President/CEO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, inventory analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. This is a sensitive work field requiring confidentiality, discretion, and careful handling of HR and financial information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned as designated):
  • Primary responsibility for all financial legal requirements as they pertain to facility
  • Strategic business plan and objectives
  • Profitability analysis of different business unit used for decision making, and investment
  • Management of financial resources according to groups overall directives
  • Interaction with Operational Team to ensure efficiency
  • Participation in New Business activities
  • P/L
  • Establishing percentages of investments made during the year
  • Accurate and timely reporting Education and/or
Experience:
  • Active CPA
  • Master's Degree in related field of study- Finance, Accounting, Business Management
  • At least 10 Years Manufacturing Experience, PM is a
Plus Other Qualification and Skills Required:
  • Ability to work with basic mathematical equations. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to utilize various software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Office software (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK), ERP system, and other internal systems.
Pay:
$91,522.43 - $110,220.55 per year
