Brook Ledge, Inc. is seeking a Controller to help oversee the accounting, finance, and payroll functions of its multiple affiliated companies. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will play a key role in managing financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This individual will also collaborate with the ownership team and department leaders to provide financial insights that support informed business decisions and drive operational success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build strong relationships across the organization, foster collaboration, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture. Controller Position Qualifications :
