Vice President, Harvest-Investment Wayne, PA 26 Jun 2026 22691973 Summary Wayne, PA In-Person $175000.00 - $225000.00 per Year 5 Years Experience Bachelor's degree Salary Plus Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Blackstone, Inc. in Wayne, PA, seeks a Vice President, Harvest-Investment to support Blackstone Harvest, Blackstone's dedicated public market real assets and energy infrastructure equities platform, and lead the end-to-end investment management process across a portfolio of listed infrastructure, utilities, energy transition, and other real asset equities. Conduct in-depth fundamental and quantitative research on companies, sectors, and macroeconomic trends. Utilize econometric models, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, scenario modeling, and statistical tools to assess valuation, growth potential, and risk factors. Design and implement portfolio strategies that balance return objectives with risk constraints. Apply optimization techniques, factor analysis, and diversification principles using advanced portfolio management tools and Bloomberg Terminal. Monitor market, credit, and operational risks using statistical risk models, Value-at-Risk (VaR) calculations, and stress testing frameworks. Adjust portfolio exposures based on evolving market conditions and regulatory developments. Coordinate compliance processes with operations teams. Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and best execution standards. Present investment strategies, performance updates, and market outlooks to senior-level leadership, clients, and institutional investors. Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Supervise and mentor junior-level analysts, guiding research methodologies, financial modeling techniques, and professional development. Facilitate collaboration across research, trading, and operations teams. Perform other duties as needed. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupations, employer will accept a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations.
