Job Description

A successful automotive dealership serving the Chester County and Main Line region is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to lead accounting operations for a high-volume dealership environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong dealership accounting knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Direct all dealership accounting functions Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements Manage accounting personnel and workflows Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Reconcile accounts and oversee month-end closing activities Support dealership leadership with financial analysis and reporting Maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes
Qualifications:
Previous Automotive Controller experience preferred Must be punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and filing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Basic Excel and Microsoft Office experience required Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Automotive dealership accounting experience required
