Assistant Controller:
Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to maintain GAAP-compliant financial statements. Provide financial analysis and support to operational leadership on P&L, balance sheet, and other reporting needs. Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and process efficiencies across the organization. Support audit, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting activities. Assistant Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility in an Assistant Controller or similar role. Experience within a high-volume construction environment is required. Strong ERP experience; NetSuite experience or NetSuite implementation exposure is a big plus. #
