Assistant Controller Salary:

Assistant Controller:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
- Support month-end/year-end close and review financial statements
- Lead AP function and partner on process improvements across teams
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
- Support audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting Qualifications for the
Assistant Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7–12+ years of progressive accounting experience (construction/job costing/WIP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP; CPA preferred
- Experience with construction ERP systems (CMiC a plus) $150K-$200K #LI-AH1 #
