Assistant Controller Salary:
$150,000 – $200,000

Assistant Controller:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
  • Support month-end/year-end close and review financial statements
  • Lead AP function and partner on process improvements across teams
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting Qualifications for the
Assistant Controller:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7–12+ years of progressive accounting experience (construction/job costing/WIP preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP; CPA preferred
  • Experience with construction ERP systems (CMiC a plus) $150K-$200K #LI-AH1 #
