Worth, TX market that is looking to hire an experienced Sr. Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller for their growing accounting team. Candidates should have the following experience and credentials: A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a big plus Experience in a large, national, multi-location industry with high hourly labor costs such as construction, retail, services, hospitality, restaurants, etc. is a big plus Experience with labor costing, project accounting, payroll accounting, labor-related reporting, a big plus Strong experience with ERP's such as NetSuite, Workday, MS Dynamics, etc. Advanced Excel Experience with audits and audit liaison work. Public accounting experience a plus Strong communication skills and developing staff Our client is urgent to hire. Base salary can be negotiable depending on experience, with a target salary range initially identified in the $145k - $170k base salary range plus 20% annual bonus potential.
