Responsibilities:
Manage or assist with the timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles. Oversee the preparation and consolidation of the firm's balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Design and implement new policies, controls, and workflows Drive automation/AI adoption in reconciliations, reporting, and consolidation Support M&A diligence and lead post-close integration Oversee the billing and collections processes to drive down Days Sales Outstanding and speed up cash collection Direct operational accounting activities including oversight of AP and Payroll functions Build and update short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to project daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity needs Build and mentor a growing accounting team, instilling accountability and high performance Support internal controls, SOX compliance, and ongoing process improvements Work closely with cross-functional leads to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications:
