Job Description:

Take a lead role in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes Assist in preparing SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, etc.) Prepare and post journal entries Identify and lead AI-driven process improvement projects across the accounting and reporting cycle, including automating recurring tasks and building efficiencies in financial statement preparation Review financials and NAV packs provided by accounting administrator Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting requirements, as well as tax requirements Coordinate with cash management group to execute cash transactions (investor subscriptions, investor distributions, invoice payment, quarterly fees etc) Quarterly financial analysis, including review of investment accounting information

Job Requirements:
