full-time Controller | Trenton, NJ (Hybrid) Position Summary The Controller will support a high-growth manufacturing company in Trenton, NJ. This role will oversee cost accounting, financial planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while helping build scalable financial processes. Key Responsibilities Partner with operations leadership on financial planning and analysis Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, overhead, and profitability Support cost accounting and operational finance activities Assist with CapEx planning, inventory tracking, and related financial analysis Prepare management reporting and provide insight into key business drivers Establish and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Serve as a finance business partner to cross-functional leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. 5+ years of blended experience with accounting and finance. Strong understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting. Experience with cost accounting, inventory, or manufacturing finance preferred. Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization. Compensation :

$125,000 - $140,000 base + Bonus
