Industry-leading organization with strong financial performance and continued growth Backed by a globally recognized manufacturing parent company High-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership Proven track record of internal promotions and career advancement Collaborative, team-focused culture with excellent employee retention Opportunity to support acquisitions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives Competitive compensation package, strong benefits, and flexible hybrid work schedule Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial results Manage inventory accounting, standard costing, fixed assets, reconciliations, and manufacturing cost analysis Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal controls, SOX requirements, and corporate policies Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital performance Deliver meaningful financial analysis and KPI reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making Partner with executive leadership on business planning, growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational improvements Coordinate audit activities, financial reporting requirements, and consolidation processes Monitor labor, material, and overhead costs while supporting profitability and cost-control initiatives Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members while building scalable processes and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Prior leadership experience managing accounting teams and business processes Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX compliance Manufacturing experience highly preferred, including cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and business partnering skills #
