KBW has partnered with an established manufacturer in their search for a Controller to join the leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounting Manager ready to take the next step into a broader financial leadership role. Responsibilities Report directly to the President & CEO and serve as a key financial business partner. Oversee Finance, Credit, and Purchasing functions with approximately 3-4 direct reports. Lead monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Oversee treasury management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and debt covenant compliance. Manage external accounting firm relationships, tax compliance, and annual financial reviews. Oversee inventory valuation, margin analysis, cost accounting, and operational cost reviews. Maintain and strengthen financial and internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience with management/leadership experience. Strong financial reporting, accounting, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.
