Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform day-to-day accounting activities for multiple restaurant sites . Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare and review financial statements , account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules. Supervise accounting staff and help drive accountability, development, and process improvement. Monitor restaurant-level financial activity, including sales, cash, inventory, labor, and operating expenses. Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance as needed in a hands-on capacity. Partner with operations leadership to provide financial insight into site performance and profitability. Help maintain internal controls, ensure accuracy of reporting, and support audit or tax-related requests as needed. Assist with system and process improvements to support a growing restaurant platform. Utilize Toast and/or Restaurant365 to support reporting, accounting workflows, and operational finance processes, if applicable.
