Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Manage AP, AR, payroll, billing, and day-to-day accounting operations. Supervise and mentor 2-3 accounting team members. Oversee project accounting, contract administration, client billings, and revenue tracking. Identify and implement process improvements to support continued company growth. Controller Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7-10+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience Architecture, Engineering, or Professional Services industry experience Prior supervisory or leadership experience Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management expertise Deltek experience a plus Positive, collaborative, and personable leadership style #
