Key Responsibilities for the Controller Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple legal entities within the organization. Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis activities. Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory compliance. Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous process improvements. Qualifications for the Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
