Board The Role:
Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Controller will oversee the organization's accounting and financial operations while managing a small accounting team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Oversight of the general ledger, AP, and day-to-day accounting operations Month-end and year-end close Preparation of financial statements and management reporting Fund accounting and GAAP compliance Oversight and enhancement of internal controls, policies, and procedures Audit preparation and coordination Financial systems and process improvements Partnering with leadership on financial and investment matters Preparing and presenting financial information to executive leadership, the Finance Committee, and Board Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team
What We're Looking For:
