Director of Finance Salary:
$135,000 – $143,500Location:
Silver Spring, MD Schedule:

Director of Finance:
- Lead and accelerate the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements and management reports
- Oversee preparation of schedules and supporting documentation for annual Form 990 filings
- Ensure Sage Intacct reports are properly configured, scheduled, reviewed, and generated consistently
- Support grant accounting, compliance reporting, and federal funding requirements
- Lead finance-related projects including NICRA reporting and application support by extracting and analyzing data from Sage Intacct
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations, policies, and accounting standards
- Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested Qualifications for the
Director of Finance:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- Strong experience with grant accounting and Uniform Guidance (CFR 200) required
- Sage Intacct experience highly preferred
- Experience preparing financial reports, month-end close, and nonprofit tax filing support (Form 990) required
