Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred CPA designation strongly preferred 5+ years of progressive financial management experience 3+ years of supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, general accounting, and financial analysis Experience with regulatory compliance, internal controls, and grant requirements Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with financial software, accounting systems, and

Microsoft Office Main Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all functions of the Finance Department Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets in alignment with organizational goals Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and required filings, including Form 990 Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, investments, insurance programs, and other financial operations Ensure compliance with financial regulations, organizational policies, and grant requirements Partner with senior leadership and the Board on financial strategy, organizational planning, and long-term initiatives Provide financial analysis and guidance to support organizational decision-making Lead, train, and develop finance department staff Evaluate and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial processes Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, reporting, and overall organizational performance Represent the organization with community partners, vendors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders
