I'm partnering confidentially with a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed healthcare platform seeking a Director of FP&A to join a high-caliber finance team in the Dallas area. This organization has experienced significant, sustained growth , more than doubling its footprint and materially expanding revenue over the past few years through a disciplined acquisition strategy. The Opportunity This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance, operations, and M&A integration , reporting directly to senior finance leadership. You will lead and develop a team while partnering cross-functionally to drive performance, enhance visibility, and support executive decision-making.
