Controller - Pompano Beach, Florida Confidential Search | $165,000-$180,000 Base + Up to 20% Bonus Steadfast Executive Search is representing a confidential, private-equity-backed organization in project-based services, specialty contracting, and recurring field operations seeking a hands-on Controller for multiple Pompano Beach operations. This highly visible role will lead an established accounting function, partner closely with operations and senior finance leadership, develop the team, improve processes, and strengthen reporting, controls, working capital, and systems readiness. The organization operates in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is seeking a leader who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and remains actively involved during month-end and reporting cycles.
