Competitive Base Salary of $180k + Bonus (DOE) We are partnering with a rapidly growing, highly respected international professional services organization to identify a Finance Controller. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity offering significant visibility to executive leadership and the ability to influence both strategic and operational decision-making across the business. The Finance Controller will lead the accounting and financial operations function, oversee a remote accounting team, and serve as a key business partner to leadership as the organization continues its growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities- Lead all accounting and financial operations activities
- Manage and develop a remote accounting team
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and business planning
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams across the organization

CPA REQUIRED
- Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
- Experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Strong financial reporting and technical accounting knowledge
- Experience improving processes, controls, and operational efficiency
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
