full-time We are seeking an Interim Controller for one of our clients. This role can be remote or hybrid. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing internal controls. Requiring operational leadership, quality assurance, and strategic oversight as well asexpertise in revenue recognition, billing processes, and cash reconciliation
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day company accounts Assist with financial planning Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management Oversee revenue recognition processes, managebilling operations, and ensure proper coding of invoices in the general ledger to reflect accurate financial performance. Oversee bank reconciliations, manage cash flow forecasting, and maintain rigorous cash balance controls to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risk Oversee month-end and quarter-end closing, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and maintain robust internal controls Manage competing demands, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and potentially lead or develop finance staff Interpret complex financial data to formulate controls, analyze business lines, and support strategic planning and budget preparations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ years experience Understanding of
US GAAP ASC
