Health Solutions Senior Actuarial Vice President Aon $210,000.00 - $260,000.00 / yr life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, tuition assistance, 401(k) United States, California, Los Angeles May 07, 2026 Health Solutions Actuarial Senior Vice President This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from either our Seattle, WA, San Francisco, CA, Irvine, CA, or Los Angeles, CA office. What the role will look like Lead analytics for key client relationships, delivering highquality actuarial and financial insights Translate data (claims, benchmarking, market trends) into clear, actionable client strategies Support business growth through client impact, revenue contribution, and pipeline development Provide technical oversight on models, financial scenarios, and deliverables Mentor junior team members and elevate analytical and consulting capabilities Collaborate across teams to share best practices and strengthen analytics solutions Travel as needed Skills and experience that will lead to success 12+ years of Health & Benefits analytics, actuarial, or financial experience (10+ years in consulting/brokerage) Strong client-facing experience with complex organizations Proven ability to lead projects and deliver meaningful analytical insights Collaborative leader with experience developing teams and driving outcomes Business acumen with a growth mindset Strong communication and executive presence Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and complex data analysis Aon is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms for this position. Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $210-$260k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
