Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory activity, and financial performance
- Monitor and investigate cost variances and operational trends
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities
- Track key metrics, inventory levels, and production performance
- Partner with operations to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop reports and analysis to support business and financial decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience
- Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
- Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and operations teams #
