Part-Time Controller Consultant

Omega Accounting Solution is seeking a talented Controller to join our team to excel in collaborating with our clients to manage the progress of their business accounting maintenance, projections, and month-end close plans while monitoring for accuracy and efficiency.

Please note:

This position is expected to be in office 2/3 days per week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage and oversee financial transactions to the general ledger Manage and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manage and process payroll, cash flow, and financing solutions Create and manage financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients while offering insight and analysis on business, budget, and projections Interface with clients and their staff, managing effective client communication while advocating for their needs Provide oversight and review of staff and senior-level work for assigned client portfolios Win add-on work proactively for clients as needs are identified Complete other duties at the discretion of management

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required Experience establishing and maintaining strong client relationships 2 or more years of controller experience Strong GAAP knowledge required, CPA a plus Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong knowledge of QuickBooks experience required - QuickBooks certification a plus Proficient with the latest technology; can quickly learn and manage multiple software platforms
