PROJECT CONTROLLER REMOTE

Our client is looking for a Project Controller who will support the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to analyze financial performance, manage budget and expense tracking, conduct variance analysis, and provide recommendations that help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of manufacturing finance experience, including experience leading finance functions at a plant, site, or business unit level. Candidates should possess strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, cost analysis, and revenue/expense management, along with the ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders across the organization. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. This position is fully remote for candidates located in the Eastern U.S., with occasional travel as needed.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred 8+ years of manufacturing finance experience Experience managing finance for a manufacturing site, plant, or business function Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis Experience with cost accounting, financial controls, and performance management Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Controller, Plant Controller, or Finance Director level experience preferred Ability to work independently and partner with business leaders across functions Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly range is $65/hr - $75/hr based on shift, experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations. Your well-being is important to Wimmer Solutions.
