Position Summary

The VP, Controller is a key member of the Finance team, reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), and serving as a strategic advisor to the CAO, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Executive Leadership team (ET) and to the Board of Director on matters relating to the Company's global accounting, financial reporting, and controllership functions. The VP, Controller provides leadership over all aspects of accounting operations, stock administration, financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, financial systems, and global consolidations while ensuring compliance with

U.S. GAAP, SEC

regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. The VP, Controller shapes the long-term vision, operating model, organizational capability, and strategic priorities of the global accounting function to support the Company's growth objectives. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives, business development activities, and Finance transformation efforts. The VP, Controller will lead and further develop a high-performing accounting organization by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth. This role is responsible for building upon the Company's strong financial reporting and internal control foundation by driving continuous process improvement, enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening the control environment through ongoing optimization, and ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the Company's accounting organization, including general accounting, monthly and quarterly financial close, technical accounting, SEC reporting, inventory and cost of goods sold accounting, financial systems, and internal controls. Oversee the preparation and review of accurate and timely consolidated financial statements, including detailed analysis of domestic and international operations. Oversee all SEC reporting activities, ensuring filings are timely, complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable SEC regulations and disclosure requirements. accounting position papers and technical accounting memoranda. Develop processes to proactively identify and assess business events with potential accounting implications and effectively manage internal and external technical accounting resources.
