Controller

Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will oversee core accounting functions, strengthen internal controls, and provide financial insight to support business performance and strategic planning.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and cash managementLead month-end and year-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statementsDevelop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activitiesAnalyze costs, margins, and operational performance to support decision-makingOversee inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliation processesEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirementsCoordinate audits and serve as liaison with external advisorsSupervise, mentor, and develop accounting staffSupport enhancements to ERP systems and financial reporting tools

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000
