Back To Results Plant Controller Job Description Plant Controller, Greenville area Our client, a Manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Controller to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's accounting functions, including inventory, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise inventory, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure data accuracy and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Provide guidance and support to the accounting team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Hands-on experience in using accounting software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
