We are looking for a Controller to the team during a transition period for a long-term contract opportunity in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This position is Part -Time and focuses on developing SOPS, clean-up of bank statements and reconciliations, clean-up of controls with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable stepping in and assisting a strong team but leading the way with systems structure.

Responsibilities:

Organize incoming records and prepare materials for accurate digital and physical filing. Scan paper documents into electronic formats while ensuring image quality and proper indexing. Review files for completeness and compile related documents into organized record sets. Maintain document control practices that support easy access, tracking, and retention of important records. Perform quality checks to confirm scanned files are legible, correctly labeled, and stored in the appropriate locations. Coordinate with internal teams to collect missing paperwork and resolve discrepancies in document packages. Update logs and tracking records to reflect document status, filing activity, and completion progress. Experience supporting document control or records management activities in an office or operational environment. Ability to scan, organize, and file documents with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working with high volumes of paperwork while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Proficiency in ERP systems, Experience with EpiCore is a plus but not necessary. Strong organizational skills with the ability to compile and maintain structured document sets. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members to resolve document issues.
