Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and consolidation across a complex healthcare organization with multiple operating entities, imaging centers, physician structures, and real estate holdings. The Controller will be responsible for managing the full accounting function, preparing site-level and consolidated financial reporting, overseeing cash movement across multiple accounts, and supporting physician compensation, budgeting, bank reporting, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, healthcare or medical industry experience, and the ability to manage complex intercompany activity, multiple financial statement formats, real estate-related consolidations, and cash projections in a hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting for four primary imaging locations, additional affiliated sites, and related entities within the medical group structure Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, including journal entries, cash activity, reconciliations, and monthly close Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements for physician leadership, banks, operational leaders, and executive review Manage P&L reporting by location and provide clear visibility into financial performance across sites Monitor cash activity across multiple bank accounts and entities, prepare cash projections, and recommend cash movement as needed Support accounting for the internal billing company, including professional fees, technical fees, medical supply reimbursement, and intercompany allocations Track revenue, expenses, rent, utilities, maintenance, CAM, and other shared costs across related entities and locations Account for real estate-related entities, lease activity, and intercompany rent structures Oversee accounts payable through Bill.com and ensure transactions are accurately imported into QuickBooks Support annual budgeting, cash flow planning, bonus calculations, and payroll-related reporting through iSolved Maintain organized financial records, audit support, documentation, and compliance with bank and internal reporting requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Prior Controller, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar experience required Medical, healthcare, physician practice, imaging, or related industry experience required Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidated financial reporting Strong understanding of cash management, bank reconciliations, financial statements, and budgeting Experience with QuickBooks required Experience with Bill.com preferred Strong Excel skills required Preferred Experience Healthcare, medical office, radiology, imaging, or physician practice accounting experience Experience with medical billing structures, including professional fees, technical fees, and supply reimbursement Experience accounting for real estate holdings, rent allocations, lease activity, or related-party entities Experience supporting physician compensation, bonus calculations, or payroll reporting Experience working in a multi-location healthcare organization
