Job Description
Objective We are looking for an experienced Automotive Controller for our dealership. Primary Responsibilities Oversee admin for Red Flag Rules, 8300 Cash Reporting, 401K, HR & Benefits Review of quarterly payroll reporting Train and mentor accounting staff Support dealers and managers by performing special projects, reporting, and other benefits Prepare and review monthly dealership financial statements timely. Prepare and review sales tax returns.
Prepare year-end package for CPA review. Work closely with dealer & Corporate accounting team. Required Experience Prior accounting dealership Controller Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience preferred, Professional appearance with a strong work ethic Must be proficient in excel. Effective communication skills Required Education Candidate needs to have a sturdy foundation in auto dealership accounting.
