Local scope with interactions across regional functions (Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Audits) Responsibilities Ensure and optimize plant management and finance activities Track and analyze plant profitability versus budget targets Prepare, validate, and follow up on plant budgets with all departments Manage monthly closing, rolling forecasts, risks and opportunities, and regional reporting Monitor and validate plant investments and capital expenditures per group standards Supervise productivity and cost‑control initiatives to ensure accurate production costs Coordinate the accounting team to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards Oversee and optimize the plant's information system and IT budget Lead team development, workload planning, and performance management Manage IMS process reviews, KPIs, procedure updates, and corrective actions as process owner Profile Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of experience in finance controlling and accounting
English:
advanced level required Proficiency in SAP, HFM, and financial reporting tools Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Demonstrated ability to deliver financial insights to operational leadership Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement Ability to interact with internal and external auditors Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making competencies At OPmobility, people truly matter.
