What You'll Be Doing:

? Full-cycle accounting across a complex multi-entity environment ? Bank and balance sheet reconciliations ? Financial statement preparation ? Capital calls, distributions, and K-1 reconciliations ? Equity accounting and cash movement tracking ? Tax support and workpaper preparation for external advisors ? Debt covenant and funding reporting ? Special projects for ownership and leadership

Ideal Background:

? Family office, private investment company, or similar investment environment experience ? Strong understanding of private equity investments, capital calls, and distributions ? Multi-entity accounting expertise (50+ entities) ? Senior Accountant or Controller-level experience ? Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, reporting) ? Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities Perks /
