A private firm owned by a group controlling $6 billion in assets, with a 15-year tenure in technology and real estate development, Prime provides customers with ownership options and dynamic leasing models, defining a true corporate partnership. About the role We are seeking a high-performing FP&A professional to support a rapidly growing data center platform with multiple entities and active development projects across the U.S. and Europe. This role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across both development and operating assets, with significant exposure to capital planning, liquidity management, and lender reporting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with complex capital structures and multi-entity reporting.
